Job Description
We are seeking an experience Planning and Allocation manager to lead a team of planners/allocators along with a small team of administration staff at our Wembley office, this pivotal role supports a field force of up to 1300 engineers and around 4000 jobs/tasks per day. You'll ensure daily tasks are assigned in the correct manner.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of admin staff, driving performance and accountability.
- Oversee the daily allocation of work to up to 1,300 engineers.
- Identify and deliver improvements to processes, systems, and reporting.
- Leasie with our client on a daily basis for work numbers and locations.
- Leasie as a point of contact internally to Head of Department with changes, updates.
- Experience in planning or scheduling
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
- Data-driven, with a track record of driving improvements.
- Resilient and proactive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
