We are looking for one of our clients, a watchmaking company based in the Canton of Geneva, (M/F) Your mission: Analyze production needs. Ensure consistency and workload/capacity at workstations within your scope. Plan production according to customer needs, cooperating with others and other logistics actors. Ensure cross-functionality with production and support services. Oversee changes in items and flows, ensuring consistency of master data. Propose and participate in implementing solutions to guarantee volumes and manage the inherent monitoring tools related to your activity. Your profile: Bachelor's degree in Production Management (or equivalent). 3 years of experience in the industrial field, ideally in the watchmaking sector. Excellent understanding of flows, confirmed experience in needs calculation analysis (MRP). Very good mastery of Excel and an ERP (ideally SAP). Excellent team spirit, analytical skills, synthesis, rigor, and adaptability.
