We are looking for one of our clients, a watchmaking manufacturer based in the Canton of Geneva, (M/F) Your mission: Analyze production needs Ensure consistency and workload/capacity at the workstations within your scope. Plan production according to customer needs by cooperating with other departments and logistics stakeholders. Ensure cross-functional communication with production and support services. Manage changes in items and flows while ensuring consistency of master data. Propose and participate in the implementation of solutions to guarantee volumes and develop the management tools inherent to your activity. Your profile: Bachelor's degree in Production Management (or equivalent). 3 years of experience in the industrial field, ideally in the watchmaking sector. Excellent understanding of flows and confirmed experience in analyzing needs calculation (MRP). Very good command of Excel and an ERP (ideally SAP). Excellent team spirit, analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and adaptability.
