Full Time Permanent (0800 -1700 Monday to £32,130 per annum
Pyramid Plus, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance services to the residents of over 38,000 homes across London and the South of England. We aim to provide customer led, to enhance residents' lives.
Day to day duties- Receiving high volumes of repair requests and booking them into Operatives diaries to ensure the most efficient service and best use of skills
- Overseeing Oper maximum productivity
- Responding to emergency and urgent repair requests and ensuring they are met within strict Service Levels
- Liaising with Operatives and Supervisors to ensure appropriate follow on works are booked in and completed
- Assisting colleagues throughout the business on queries regarding responsive repairs
- Providing a professional and customer focused service
- Ideally have previous Repairs Planning / Scheduling experience
- A professional, can do attitude with strong problem solving skills and decision making
- Proven ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service ethos and commitment to high quality delivery
- Strong written, verbal, questioning & interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Social housing or similar background is desirable
- Experience in a customer service centre or call handling experience is desirable
- All roles require entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship
- All roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment
