Planner

Binnies, part of RSK Group, is seeking a Planner to join our Alliance.

What will you be doing?

As a Planner, you will own the project plan, drive the project team to deliver on schedule, and challenge delays and deviations. You will be a key member of a collaborative team, leveraging your experience, enthusiasm, and skills to enhance efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain detailed project plans for the Delivery Team, ensuring methodology adherence.
2. Ensure plans encompass full project scope and resource considerations.
3. Identify risks and opportunities proactively; monitor milestones and critical path; advise on changes and mitigation.
4. Create 4D animations for digital project rehearsals.
5. Design and implement communication plans to ensure clarity and buy-in from relevant teams.
6. Maintain planning standards and adhere to published processes.
7. Uphold Health & Safety standards in all planning activities, prioritizing safety at all times.

Skills, experience, and behaviors:

Candidates should have experience working on relevant civil engineering projects, preferably in the Water Industry, with proficiency in P6. Strong collaborative planning skills, the ability to interpret drawings, and effective communication of complex information are essential. Adaptability, innovation, and team supportiveness are also valued traits.
