Placement Sports Coach (Lifeguard)

For September 2026 Stowe School is looking to appoint Placement Sports Coach with a Lifeguard qualification to support our swimming provision at Stowe School. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a love of sport who are equally committed to participation as well as performance and have the ability to engage and motivate students. We welcome those with a specialism in Swimming/Lifeguarding.
Responsibilities- Teach practical swimming sessions and coach across a wide range of ages and abilities in the Senior School with outreach swimming programmes to our Prep Schools.
- Act as an integral member of a 7-day-a-week boarding school and may also include pastoral responsibilities in the boarding houses.
- Lifeguard qualification.
- Specialism in Swimming/Lifeguarding.
- Career progression support: the department can assist with obtaining additional coaching qualifications and attending specialist courses to enhance your coaching CV.
