Placement Planning & Review Data Coordinator

HSE Dublin and North East Recruitment seeks an administrator to provide administrative, coordination, data and reporting support to the Placement Planning and Review Team in delivering a planned commissioning and assurance approach to residential placements, housing and community-based supports.

The role will support structured pre-placement, review, monitoring and transition processes, maintain accurate data and reporting systems to support oversight, governance and service improvement, and
