Job Description

Hours: Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE)

Salary: Band 2 - £25,804 to £28,031 per annum

About the Post
  • This administration role is focused on supporting the allocation, monitoring, and compliance of student placements across our health provision.
  • The role is process, policy, and regulation driven and requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records within ARC (the Placement system) and updating educational placement audit information
  • Produce reports on placement hours, clearance for placement, NHSE placement tariff payments
About the Team

You will be part of a collaborative and supportive Placement Administration Team, committed to delivering a high quality service to students, academic colleagues, and external placement partners. The team works closely together to manage complex processes, ensure compliance, and continuously improve the student placement experience.

About You
  • Do you have experience working within a Further or Higher Education setting or similar?
  • Do you have strong administration skills, experience using data systems, and the ability to manage and maintain accurate digital records?
