Locale Italian is established, serving authentic Italian cuisine in an upmarket yet casual dining experience, outdoor terrace, private event space and cocktail bar. The restaurant has a separate cocktail bar area and an outdoor terrace.

Opening Times

Monday to Sunday from 12 noon to 10pm

Opportunity

36K to 42K per year (£15.50 - £16.50 per hour on a 40-48 hour per week rota)

• You would need to be an experienced chef and have strong Italian cuisine experience.
• Strong kitchen leadership experience with the potential to develop your role.
• Strong communicator, able to work with your team and senior support to improve and develop.
