Job Description

Ingeus is seeking a PIP Functional Assessor - Clinical Coach to lead clinical coaching for staff, perform audits, and ensure high-quality PIP reports. You will use PRS and DWP systems, monitor trends, and drive CPD opportunities to maintain professional standards.

You must be HCPC/NMC/GMC registered with no practice restrictions and have 12+ months post-qualification experience in relevant health roles, contributing to service delivery KPIs.
