Job description : FM Pilot (M / F)
Position based in Paris / Metz/ Nancy/ Toulouse/ Limoges
Main missions
Reporting to the Regional Operational Manager, you take in charge of and monitor a portfolio of a Client's sites, and mainly the all following tasks:
- Management of FM contracts and services,
- New providers or suppliers implementation upon the renewal of FM framework markets,
- The management of works on sites up to two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) euros excluding tax (in delegated project management in certain cases),
- The real estate management of the leased sites (realization of the inventory of places of entry and exit, control of charges ),
- Managing the relationship with the customer's internal clients,
- The performance of certain acts of management and procurement in the purchasing tool made available by the Company.
You must ensure the smooth running of technical operations, services and works in compliance with contractual commitments to the Customer.
In particular, your missions will be the following:
- Manage all technical services, soft services and works on the sites
- Follow intervention requests made by Customer users and ensure their proper execution
- Establish quotes for services not included in the contracts of the Client's service providers
- Carry out site inspections and measure the quality of services delivered by service providers
- Calculate and enforce the penalties provided for in the contracts of the Clients' service providers
- Manage current action plans
- Manage work on sites less than € 250k per operation from their costing to their receipt,
- Manage the energy performance of sites
- Ensure customer relations on the sites: Head of establishment, user representative, etc.
- Prepare and annually update the prevention plan
- Manage the planning of regulatory controls and the monitoring of the lifting of reservations
- Report to the Client in the form and on time
These missions therefore include regular site visits, advice and support to the Client, preparation of reporting and Client meetings.
Qualifications
With a higher education of Bac +3 type, you have at least 3 years of experience in the Facility Management or Property Management sector where you have been in charge of real estate services and / or their occupants.
You are organized, rigorous, curious and have good interpersonal skills.
