Pig Farm Manager: Lead Welfare, Production & Team

Cranswick Farming in Keyingham, East Riding of Yorkshire, seeks an experienced Farm Manager to lead a 700 sow indoor breeding unit producing 10Kg weaners on a 3 week batch system. You will drive welfare, productivity and compliance, and manage people and resources to maintain high standards of farming operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong pig production knowledge, site safety, biosecurity, and the ability to develop a high-performing team across farming operations.
