M4 are recruiting for nimble- fingered plant pickers and planters for our Client based in Bovingdon starting immediately.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, physical role working with young baby plants.

Hourly rate of £12.71 per hour

Monday to Friday

Duties include:

• Picking and handling delicate seedlings
• Planting young plants into trays and pots
• Labelling and sorting plants
• Operating planting machinery
• General nursery duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Good manual dexterity ("nimble-fingered") for handling small plants
• Physically fit - this role involves frequent bending and lifting
• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods
• Reliable and punctual
• Own transport required (site not accessible by public transport)
• Previous nursery, horticulture or production line experience is helpful but not essential
