We're recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing Personal Injury practice seeking a talented Solicitor (3-5 years PQE) to join their specialist team. The Role

You'll manage your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters while working closely with Partners and senior fee earners on complex and high-value claims.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters
• Running Multi-Track claims under supervision
• Assisting on complex and catastrophic injury cases
• Drafting pleadings, reviewing evidence, and preparing matters for trial
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, case managers, and other stakeholders
• Working closely with Major Trauma Centres and rehabilitation providers
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
• Contributing to business development initiatives and raising your professional profile

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

• Qualified Solicitor status with approximately 3-5 years' PQE
• A strong background handling claimant Multi-Track Personal Injury matters
• Excellent technical knowledge and litigation skills
• Experience working with Major Trauma Centres
• A good understanding of the Rehabilitation Code and the Serious Injury Guide, with the ability to apply these effectively in practice
• Experience working with case managers and rehabilitation professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client care
• Experience participating in business development activities
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
