Job Description

The Department of Surgery is a site for surgical training of residents from Beth Israel Deaconess and Transition Year residents from CHA.

We are seeking a full time Physician Assistant to join our Department of Surgery.

Opportunity Highlights:
  • Full time position at CHA Cambridge Hospital and CHA Everett Hospital
  • Three 12 hour night shifts per week, 6pm 6am
  • No call
  • First Assist responsibilities are required. Minimum of 1 year of OR experience as a PA is required.
  • Work independently but in collaboration with a talented team of physicians and nursing staff to provide full scope of surgical care

  • Strong infrastructure and practice supports
  • Use of a fully integrated inpatient/outpatient EPIC EMR system
  • CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full time guaranteed base salary range of $115,000 $174,000 is based on years of experience.
