Philanthropy Manager

At The Yard, we believe in the power of play and creating communities. Our centres provide tailored activities and support for children and young people with disabilities and their families. Ensuring that they have enriching experiences that promote their well-being and development.

Your role as Philanthropy Manger, will be to help generate the income required to continue our amazing services, keeping our existing supporters engaged and inspiring new supporters to come on board, by leading and driving our individual, community and events fundraising across our four sites.

This job is for you if you have:

• Can build and maintain strong working relationships with individuals and groups.
• Have experience working in a role within a fundraising (or equivalent marketing, business development or events) environment with demonstrable success in meeting financial targets.
• Can manage a diverse workload while managing your own time effectively.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a friendly manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

This post offers hybrid working. You will be expected to work from the office 2 days per week. We have offices based in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee.
