Well Pharmacy (part of Bestway Healthcare) is seeking a Pharmacy Team Manager to lead our pharmacy operations, delivering outstanding patient safety, customer service, and business growth across our community sites.

You will recruit and coach a high-performing team, ensure compliance with NHS, GPhC/PSNI standards, drive prescription growth and market share, and build trusted relationships with patients, surgeries, and healthcare professionals.
