Hours: 39 hours per week Monday to Friday, including some Saturdays

Salary: £17.10 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service
• Support the Pharmacy Manager with day to day operations
• Use your initiative to drive performance and add value to the business
• Ensure the dispensary runs efficiently and meets GPhC standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a dispensary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Supervisory experience in pharmacy or retail (e.g., previous store or assistant manager)
