McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy is an Irish owned pharmacy chain with 35 branches nationwide and 500 colleagues. We are hiring a part time, permanent Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor for our Northgate New Ross, Co. Wexford location. The role involves managing the OTC counter, shop floor sales, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service while adhering to company policies and ethos.
• Provide exceptional assistance to customers.
• Maintain proper merchandising, cleanliness, and tidiness of the pharmacy.
• Ensure accurate stock levels, cash handling, and stock rotation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Previous pharmacy OTC experience in a community pharmacy, with strong product knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Good prioritisation, multi tasking and organisational skills.
• Confidentiality and empathy towards customer needs.
• Strong work ethic.
