Pharmacist Manager

We are seeking an experienced GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join a busy community pharmacy as Pharmacy Practice Manager.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead and develop the pharmacy team, ensuring excellent patient care, high standards of patient safety and compliance, while also driving pharmacy performance and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team
• Deliver excellent patient care and customer service
• Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance
• Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services
• Manage pharmacy targets, performance and deadlines
• Support and develop colleagues and locum pharmacists
• Build strong relationships with the wider store and regional teams

About You:

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist
• Community pharmacy experience
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Accredited to deliver NHS and Pharmacy First services
• Strong clinical, communication and leadership skills
• Able to balance patient care with commercial responsibilities

Working Pattern

44 hours per week across a two-week rota, including a combination of weekdays and weekends, with shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.
