Pharmacist Manager

Key Duties

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide professional advice on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
• Conduct medication reviews and health consultations.
• Support patients with chronic disease with the community through health promotion activities and educational workshops.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory standards.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a community pharmacy setting is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Passion for patient care and community health.
