Pharmacist - Monaghan/Louth

We are currently seeking to recruit a Relief Pharmacist for our stores across Monaghan and Louth. This role is a permanent 27 hour position covering a range of stores throughout the counties. Through this opportunity, you will gather great insight into the brands under Uniphar and work within a regularly scheduled relief roster, which is provided 6 8 weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiatives
• Work with the team to find care solutions for our customers and patients
• Assist in the professional, clinical, ethical and financial running of the pharmacy in line with company and industry regulations
• Assist in group healthcare and company/marketing events
• Communicate with the team on business performance and new initiatives
• Partake in staff training events and encourage and support the development of the team
• Report to the Pharmacist Regional Manager on store and employee performance

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required

• 1 2 years as a Pharmacist is highly advantageous
• Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Highly organized with a proven ability to work on multiple tasks accurately in a busy environment
• The ability to work on own initiative & as part of a team is essential
