What We're Looking For:- Qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer certification is a must.
- Skills: Outstanding customer service, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Attributes: Punctuality, reliability, and a genuine drive to motivate and inspire others.
As a key member of our team, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Leading group fitness classes and small group personal training sessions.
- Handling front-of-house duties such as answering calls, assisting members with inquiries, managing memberships, and giving tours to prospective members.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-kept facility for both members and staff.
Flexibility is essential, as shifts include early morning openings, daytime hours, evening closings, and weekend rotations. Weekend availability is required on a rotational basis.
