Responsibilities:

As a Personal Tax Senior Manager, you will

• Deliver tax advisory and compliance services, acting as lead contact and maintaining strong client relationships
• Manage, mentor, and develop the tax team, driving performance and aligning with firm values
• Oversee technical accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk on client work
• Drive growth through proposals, networking, seminars, and identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Represent the firm's values, collaborate across teams, and support marketing and recruitment efforts

Requirements:

As a Personal Tax Senior Manager, you will need

• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
• Experience within a practise
• Experience with leadership and business development
