This London-based, Top 100 firm of accountants is seeking an ambitious Assistant Tax Manager to join their growing tax team. As a firm, they operate as an agile business focusing on a predominantly entrepreneurial client base, offering a broad range of services including accounting, tax, business advisory, and restructuring.

Role Overview

The Personal Tax Assistant Manager will handle complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and estates. The client portfolio includes entrepreneurs, city financiers, and clients with international tax issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing clients' tax affairs and compliance.
  2. Providing tax advisory services, including:
  • Inheritance tax and trusts
  • Capital gains tax planning
  • EIS/SEIS schemes
  • Property taxes
  • Enquiry work
  • Residence and non-domicile planning
  • Profits extractions
