Personal Lines Renewals Lead - Drive Retention & Growth

Campion Insurance, now part of PIB Group, is seeking a Personal Lines Renewals Team Leader based at our Naas Road office in Dublin. You will manage the renewal book, monitor phone activity, conduct regular 1-1s, and lead the team to maintain high customer service and compliance standards.

The role requires proactive leadership, performance monitoring, and involvement in recruitment and training for new hires within the Personal Lines team.
