Personal Lines Executive

Our client is a well-established and growing insurance brokerage with a strong presence across Ireland. This role will involve managing Personal Lines insurance requirements for both existing and new customers, with a particular focus on Motor and Household Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of clients' Motor and Household Insurance requirements.
• Provide a high level of customer service to both existing and new clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle customer queries and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure appropriate cover and competitive terms.
• Ensure all client and policy information is accurately maintained.
• Work in line with Central Bank of Ireland compliance and Minimum Competency requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team while also using your own initiative.
• Minimum APA (Personal Lines) qualification or 12-24 months' experience within a Personal Lines department.
• Strong working knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
