Personal Lines Account Executive (Junior to Mid-Level)

• Provide professional, best-advice guidance to clients on the most suitable products to meet their Personal Insurance needs.
• Handle new business enquiries and process quotations for personal insurance.
• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable cover solutions.
• Deliver first-class service and best advice to existing clients, including at renewal stage.
• Issue and amend renewals.
• Manage Mid-Term Adjustments, client queries, and the administrative duties involved in servicing insurance needs.
• Ensure compliance standards are met across all processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year's experience handling personal insurance enquiries for new or existing customers in Ireland.
• APA (Personal General Insurance) qualification held, or clear progress made towards CIP.
