Personal Injury Solicitor (2-5 years') - Edinburgh

A leading Scottish disputes practice is seeking a senior Solicitor (2-5 years' PQE) to join its high-performing Insurance Liability team in Edinburgh.

This role offers exposure to high-quality defender personal injury work acting for insurers, corporates and public sector clients across Scotland.

The Role

You will:

• Manage your own caseload of defender personal injury matters
• Handle motor, employer's liability and public liability claims
• Conduct litigation in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session
• Assist on complex, high-value and fatal claims
• Provide strategic pre-action advice to insurer clients
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development

The work goes beyond volume claims and includes technically challenging and higher-value matters.

About You:

• 2-5 years' PQE with strong defender personal injury experience
• Confident running cases independently
• Solid drafting skills and understanding of Scottish court procedure
• Commercial, organised and comfortable working to client SLAs
• Ambitious and keen to develop within a respected insurance disputes practice
