Personal Injury Solicitor - Join a Thriving Legal Team!

Start Date: ASAP

Office: Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire

Reporting to: Head of Department

Hours of Work: Full-Time Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Salary Guide: Negotiable depending on experience

What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Solicitor (4+ years PQE) or fee earner with equivalent experience in personal injury claims.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, IT, communication, organisation and litigation skills.
  • A client-focused approach with a passion for achieving the best outcomes.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.
  • Someone who wants to develop the PI work coming into our Kirkby in Ashfield office.
Responsibilities
  • Handle a diverse range of personal injury claims, from portal RTA, EL, PL claims to clinical negligence and complex litigation.
  • Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department and other legal professionals in a team-oriented environment.
  • Support ongoing professional development and participate in training opportunities.
