We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced Personal Care Worker to join our team in our 90-bed residential facility.

AM / PM shifts are available Monday to Friday, with Night Duty (ND) shifts offered Sunday to Thursday. This role is perfect for someone who shows empathy, treats others with dignity and respect, and enjoys supporting residents to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

• Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, Diploma/Bachelor of Nursing, or completion of at least the first year of Nursing study
• Minimum 2 years' experiencewithin aged care
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality care for residents with complex needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow care plans
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• A team player with a client-focused approach
