Personal Assistants for SEN individuals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support to children/young people with SEN
• Assist with daily routines, social activities, and community access
• Support emotional wellbeing and development
• Follow care plans and work collaboratively with families
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment

About You:

• Caring, patient, and understanding nature
• Experience with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• Reliable and flexible to meet varying schedules
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships
