Personal Assistant(s)
Posted 6 hours 14 minutes ago by Proud to Care Devon
Duties: I would like someone to accompany me to the activities that I enjoy. I require 2:1 support at all times and need to trust the people who support me. I currently have a regular worker who can help make connections with me. Support with my toileting needs is required (pad changing). Supervision is always required when walking and I use a wheelchair. I also need constant supervision as I cannot be left alone. I tend to fall asleep and then have seizures, so I need to be kept awake during your working time with me. Ideally, I would like to establish a team of people that can support me into adulthood and beyond.
