A fast growing health tech company is seeking a highly organised, tech savvy Personal Assistant to support its CEO. This role sits at the heart of a dynamic, fast paced environment and requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities-
General administration - Manage the CEO's inbox and calls, handle bookkeeping tasks using Xero, process expenses and manage invoicing and payment chasing.

Diary & meeting management - Oversee a busy and frequently changing schedule, coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and documents, and act as a gatekeeper for the CEO's time.

Travel coordination - Arrange domestic and international travel, including transport, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring all documentation is in order.

Strong IT capability and ability to learn new systems quickly.

High proficiency with Google Workspace (or advanced Microsoft Office skills).

Proven experience as a PA, EA, or similar senior administrative role.

Experience in financial administration, including bookkeeping and expenses.
