EKC Group is seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team at Canterbury College.

In this key role, you will provide proactive, efficient and confidential support to senior leaders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of their activities. Alongside this, you will play a central role in coordinating administrative support for curriculum initiatives across the College. You will also lead and manage a dedicated central administration team, driving high standards of service and contributing to the success of this important support function.

About You

We are seeking to appoint a motivated individual who has excellent attention to detail and is able to fully support Senior Colleagues utilise their schedules and work plans. You will have exceptional customer service skills, be able to manage administrative duties in a timely manner, and have a courteous and confidential service to the highest standard.

You will motivate your team of staff, embrace individual development and maintain a comprehensive service in the central administration team.
