This is a high-trust, high-performance Personal Assistant (PA) roleat the very centre of that world.

The Role

As Personal Assistant (PA), you will act as the right hand to the founder, owning both professional and personal coordination across a fast-moving, high-impact life and business.

This is a true operator-level PA role- not administrative support.

You will:

• Run inbox, diary, scheduling, and real-time priorities
• Manage follow-ups, communications, and high-volume interactions
• Coordinate complex logistics across business, travel, and personal life
• Ensure meetings, briefs, and commitments are always fully prepared
• Anticipate needs before they arise and remove friction from the founder's day
• Travel with the founder and core team, providing real-time support

• An experienced Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a founder or CEO
• Someone who values integrity, kindness, and loyalty
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
• A natural relationship builder, confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership and finding solutions
