West Lothian Care Home - Sessional Overnight Support Shifts

Shift times: 21:30 - 07:00 and 22:00 - 08:00.

Pay: £13.45 per hour.

Description: We need support workers to cover waking overnight support shifts across our Care Homes in West Lothian. Each home houses four residents who require assistance with personal care, mobility, positive behavioural support and social activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Provide safe moving and handling support.
• Offer positive behavioural support and encourage social participation.
• Collaborate with the team to safeguard well being and meet residents' goals.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Values aligned with supporting others; transferable skills welcome.
