PA needed to support for 15 year old female with a diagnosis of CVI, dyspraxia, GDD and multisensory impairment due to her vision and hearing needs. She is partially sighted but is a free reader and has a significant speech and language delay. She is reliant on support staff to facilitate her learning.

Support needed: Support after school to include homework, especially support maths, speech and language; experience of using technology to record work; cooking dinner including cooking life skills; support with a safe route to the shop, road crossing with the dog. Will also need occasional time at weekends or school holidays to cover more life skills like getting a bus, going to the shops, paying for items, etc.

Hours: 2 hours per week during term time and 6 hours per week during the holidays.

Availability: Can be flexible, after school once or twice a week, occasional weekends or school holidays.

Hourly rate: £16.47 for self employed PA's.
