Join us as a Personal Assistant to the Founder of Remotivate - a global remote recruitment agency. This role blends personal support with professional operations, offering variety, learning, and impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Personal Support (50%)
- Running or coordinating local errands (appointments, legal paperwork, etc.)
- Managing the founder's personal calendar, appointments, and reminders
- Booking travel and handling related logistics
- Supporting the optimization of daily routines and household tasks
Professional Support (50%)
- Conducting research and summarizing key insights
- Assisting with marketing activities (e.g., newsletters, content publishing)
- Handling admin tasks (e.g., inbox management, file organization, CRM updates)
- Helping implement and improve systems using AI tools and project management platforms
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in a VA, administrative, or executive assistant role
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Availability for in-person work in Barcelona 1-2 days per month
- Excellent organizational and research skills
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, CRMs, and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Eagerness to grow in the operations/admin space and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
