Personal Assistant and Quality Administrator

An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant and Quality Administrator to support Forth Valley Quality.
Responsibilities- Run day to day operations of the Forth Valley Quality office.
- Provide secretarial support to the Head of Efficiency, Improvement and Innovation, including diary management.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries to the department, often dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and manage multiple simultaneous tasks, ensuring deadlines and actions are delivered.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Excellent keyboard and minute taking skills.
- Previous experience as a personal secretary or administrator working to a Director/Senior Manager.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and complex diary management.
- Preference for experience within a similar or healthcare setting.
- Disclosure Scotland Level 2 check required.
Full time working week will reduce from 37 to 36 hours as of 1/4/26, with a corresponding increase in hourly rate to keep pay unchanged. A Certificate of Sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates.
