Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Divisional Managing Director and wider Divisional Leadership Team. Your Role:As Personal Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting divisional leadership, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and enabling effective decision-making across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive executive support to the Divisional Managing Director and Leadership Team
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and business priorities
- Coordinating communications, correspondence and the flow of key business information
- Preparing reports, presentations, meeting packs and briefing materials
- Supporting leadership meetings, ensuring actions and follow-ups are effectively managed
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and external partners
- Acting as a trusted ambassador for the division, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working
- Supporting cross-functional coordination to help deliver divisional objectives
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail in all activities
We're looking for a highly capable and professional individual who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience providing executive or Personal Assistant support to senior leaders within a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing competing priorities and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems effectively
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and sound judgement when handling confidential information
