We are currently seeking an individual to join our team in the role of Personal Assistant.

HSBC is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to a single person or multiple people, and to support the area leadership team. This role is suited to someone who's highly organized, confident managing multiple priorities, and comfortable acting as one of the key points of contact for the area.

Key responsibilities
  • Organizing schedules, maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Co ordinating activities, events, resources, meetings and services, including managing suppliers
  • Document management including disseminating information, drafting presentations and filing
  • Carry out non specialist research
  • Gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area
  • Premises Administration: access passes, premise related activities, document management, note taking/documentation with the leadership team
  • Supporting the team in procurement, budget management and event management activities
  • Supporting recruitment activities such as onboarding, offboarding and system access activities
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Uphold high standards of quality ensuring accuracy

This role can be based in Liverpool or Manchester or Chester.
