A 46-year-old man living in Beverley, who experiences mental health challenges and anxiety, is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide motivation and support with social activities. The client requires support with creating a routine in his life to ensure he participates in activities that he enjoys, including going to the gym, Tai chi classes, playing pool, and visiting friends. Something that is very important to the man is the ability to attend church on Sundays, for which he will need the Personal Assistant's help.

• Assist the client in developing and maintaining a daily routine.
• Provide motivation and support with participation in social activities such as gym, Tai chi, and pool.
• Drive the client to and from activities and church.
• Attend church with the client on Sundays.

Travel

Some travel across East Riding of Yorkshire may be required; applicants must be able to transport themselves.
