At Enable, Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a key role in making a positive difference in the daily lives of those we support. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to help individuals achieve their goals and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care, moving, handling and behavioural support.
- Expand their social networks and connections through varied activities.
- Work collaboratively with a bespoke support team to ensure safety, well being and aspiration goals are met.
Stravaig is an emergency homeless accommodation service for young people aged 16 to 25, offering 9 rooms with en suite facilities and shared communal areas (lounge, dining room, games room, laundry). Meals are provided and can cater to dietary preferences. The programme's purpose is to provide a safe, nurturing and stable environment, with stays typically lasting 12 weeks to help residents prepare for independent living.
