Job Description

I am seeking experienced Person in Charge (PIC) professionals to lead residential disability services in various locations across the Midlands. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, management and support to the residential team.
  • Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations, national standards and organisational policies.
  • Promote and deliver person-centred care that supports residents to achieve meaningful and independent lives.
  • Lead staff supervision, performance management, appraisals and team development.
  • Coordinate care planning, multidisciplinary reviews and risk management.
  • Manage incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns in line with best practice.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, advocates and external professionals.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement across the service.
Requirements
  • QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or another relevant Health or Social Care qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' management or supervisory experience within Health or Social Care.
  • Qualification in Health or Social Care Management (minimum QQI Level 6).
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and disability services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
