Corlann South East is looking for bright, ambitious individuals who have a positive attitude towards working with people with an intellectual disability and who are committed to ensuring that their persons supported lead as fulfilling and enjoyable a life as possible.

Role

The person appointed will lead a team of residential staff, facilitating choices and delivering supports to individuals regarding their life choices within the context of a person centred plan.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Registered by An Board Altranais R.N.I.D is desirable
• At least 5 years post qualification/registration experience gained with up to date knowledge of current thinking and practice in services for people with intellectual disability
• Adequate training and experience pertinent to people with challenging behaviour and severe to profound intellectual disabilities
• Current Irish Driving Licence
• At least 3 years of experience at management level in health or social care
• Hold a management qualification
• Working knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards
