Person-Centred Support Officer for Independent Living

Service Care Solutions Ltd in Thatcham is seeking an experienced Support Officer to join a supported accommodation service. You will provide person-centred support to vulnerable adults, helping them maintain tenancies and build independence.

The role covers assessments, support plans, safeguarding, liaising with Adult Social Care, health services and other partners, and maintaining accurate records. A driving licence and Enhanced DBS are required.
