Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
• Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other stakeholders.
• Providing direct support and intervention to children and families in crisis.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local authority policies.
• Participating in multi agency meetings to coordinate services and resources effectively.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognised social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families and professionals.
