Permanent Senior Logistic Executive at Alexandra Rd, $3,400 - $3,700 (Office hours)

Coordinate with factory, Warehouse and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and delays under tight deadlines.

Familiar with customs and port regulations across regions

Familiar with insurance claims

Familiar with COO, LC and other export documents for shipments

Familiar with SAP and Export Control

Preparation of logistics reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management review.

Requirements

• Possess minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, warehouse operations, and transportation management.
• Hands on experience with SAP (MM, SD, or Logistics modules preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external service providers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in process improvement, audit support, or system enhancement initiatives will be an added advantage.
