Your Opportunity: Open to all permanent recruitment sectors, including Commercial & Office Support, Finance, Accountancy, HR, Sales & Marketing, Life Sciences, Technology, Energy, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a portfolio of clients within your niche sectors.
- Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates in key roles.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Achieve and exceed targets to contribute to our collective success.
- Proven experience as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant.
- 3 yrs + knowledge of your chosen niche.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (negotiable for high performers).
- Uncapped commission structure (NO THRESHOLD).
- Fast-track to Co-Directorship within 12-18 months.
